Abstract:

To provide a manufacturing method of an electrolyte membrane which has a high ion conductivity and a high strength and can control a crossover and provide a fuel cell provided with the membrane and an electronic device provided with the fuel cell.

The electrolyte membrane is composed of a porous material inside the pores of which there is provided a resin material containing a resin which can be obtained by polimerizing at least one monomer as shown in chemical composition formulas: CH2=CHCOOCH2CH2OPO(OH)2, CH2=CHCOOCH2CH(CH2Cl)OPO(OH)2, CH2=C(CH3)COOCH2CH2OPO(OH)2and CH2=C(CH3)COOCH2CH(CH2Cl)OPO(OH)2, at least one resin out of a resin which can be obtained by copolimerizing at least one monomer as shown in the above chemical composition formulas with a monomer having a sulfonic acid group and a resin which can be obtained by copolimerizing at least one monomer as shown in the above chemical composition formulas, a monomer having a sulfonic acid group and a monomer having a plurality of carbon-carbon double bonds, and a resin having a composition unit as shown in chemical composition formulas -CF2CH2- and -CF2CFCl- and a composition unit as shown in a general formula -CH2CH(CH2OCOOR)-.
