To provide a technology for executing quickly sterilization and deodorization, while considering an electrode life.SOLUTION: A determination part 40 determines that odor is increased, when the odor amount detected by an odor detection part 22 exceeds a high level threshold. A storage part 42 stores a timing when odor increase is determined by the determination part 40 as an increase timing.
