Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain electrolytic water of a pH value to be desired and to suppress the influence of the quality of raw water.
SOLUTION: This apparatus has an electrolytic cell 2 which forms alkaline ion water and acidic ion water by electrolysis and respectively separately discharges such electrolytic water, a pH sensor 7 which continuously measures the pH value of the electrolytic water and a control circuit which compares the pH value obtained from the pH sensor 7 and a target pH value and performs the feedback control of the electrolytic voltage to be impressed to the electrolytic cell. The control circuit controls the electrolytic voltage by increasing the target pH value when the pH value of the electrolytic water obtained by applying the electrolytic voltage for obtaining the electrolytic water of the target pH value does not attain the target pH value.
