In this electrolytic water production apparatus, an electrode plate used in one electrolytic cell is used also in another electrolytic cell. The electrolytic water production apparatus includes: an electrolysis part including a plurality of electrolytic chambers (diaphragm electrolytic chambers and diaphragmless electrolytic chambers) formed by water-tightly partitioning the inside of a tank by at least three electrode plates parallel to one-side walls facing each other of the tank; wiring alternately connecting at least the three electrode plates to an anode and a cathode of a DC power supply; an electrolytic raw water supply pipe for supplying electrolytic raw water to the electrolytic chambers; and an electrolytic water take-out pipe for taking out the electrolytic water from the electrolytic chambers to the outside.
