Abstract:
To provide an electromagnet for magnetron capable of preventing destabilization of magnetic force level due to rise of temperature of winding and magnetic poles during operation.SOLUTION: An electromagnet for magnetron includes a core 2 formed of a magnetic substance into a circular cylinder and having a pole face 3 at one end in the circular cylinder axial direction, and a yoke 4 connected at the other end, a winding 6 formed by winding a wire multiple times around the core 2, a heat slinger 7 on the winding circumference coming into contact with the outer boundary of the winding 6, and a cooling water pipe 8 for circulating the cooling water. A winding end face heat slinger 9 is attached in contact with the end face of the winding 6 in the circular cylinder axial direction, and the winding end face heat slinger 9 is in contact with the cooling water pipe 8 and the heat slinger 7 on the winding circumference is in contact with the cooling water pipe 8, or the winding end face heat slinger 9 and the heat slinger 7 on the winding circumference are in contact, and the heat slinger 7 on the winding circumference and the cooling water pipe 8 are in contact.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
