Title:
ELECTROMAGNETIC ACOUSTIC TRANSDUCER AND WINDING METHOD FOR WINDING THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3311471
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To miniaturize and flatten an electromagnetic acoustic transducer with high sound pressure by increasing the winding number of a winding wire at a pole without securing a special space.
CONSTITUTION: The winding wire 10 is wound around the pole 6 and the surface part forms a concentric cylinder with the pole 6. For the winding wire 10, the side of the base end part 8 of the pole 6 is pressed onto a yoke 4, a uniform surface is attained and a winding wall surface 14 is formed on the side of the tip surface 12 of the pole 6. For the winding wall surface 14, first and second wall surfaces 14a and 14b forming different forms are formed. The first wall surface 14a is turned to a tapered surface so as to expose a part on the tip side of the pole 6 and the second wall surface 14b is turned to a flat surface so as to form a plane the same as or close to the tip surface of the pole 6. Since the effective winding number of the winding wire 10 is increased by the height D in an axial direction of the pole 6 compared to a conventional winding wire 108, a generation magnetic field is reinforced and the sound pressure is made high.
