Title:
電磁平衡式重量センサ
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6794045
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic balance type weight sensor improved in weighing accuracy.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic balance type weight sensor comprises: a displacement detecting part 2 that detects displacement of a Roberval mechanism 1R; and an electromagnetic force generating device 3 having, in a magnetic circuit, a coil 37 displaced in conjunction with displacement of the Roberval mechanism 1R. The displacement detecting part 2 comprises: a light passage path displaced in conjunction with displacement of the Roberval mechanism 1R; a light emitting element 21a; light receiving elements 22a, 22b; a light-emission-side optical fiber 23 one end of which is connected to the light emitting element 21a and by which light emitted from the light emitting element 21a is propagated and emitted to the light passage path from the other end thereof; one or both of light-receiving-side optical fibers 24, 25 respective one ends of which are connected to the light receiving elements 22a, 22b and by which light emitted from the light emitting element 21a and passed through the light passage path is made incident from the other end, propagated, and made incident on the light receiving elements 22a, 22b; and a displacement calculating part that obtains displacement of the Roberval mechanism 1R on the basis of a quantity of light made incident on each light receiving element 22a, 22b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
