The drive unit transmits power between a center shaft 41, a transmission input shaft 1 used as a common shaft, and a cylindrical shaft 42 on the same axis, and it is composed such that an inner side clutch drum 46 built in with a first friction clutch C1, and an outer side clutch drum 48 built in with a second friction clutch C2 are integrally provided on a common drum 45 fixed to the transmission input shaft 1. A first primary clutch 61 driving the first friction clutch C1 via a first cam mechanism 51 is provided in the inner side clutch drum 46, a second primary clutch 62 driving the second friction clutch C2 via a second cam mechanism 52 is provided in the outer side clutch drum 48, and each primary clutch 61 and 62 is operated by electromagnetic coils K1 and K2.
