To provide an electromagnetic control valve which is assembled without applying an unreasonable load on a stater core so as not to hinder a sliding nature of a moving core.

The electromagnetic control valve is composed of a solenoid, a control valve, and a sheet member. The solenoid is equipped with: a yoke 14 fitted in a coil; the stater core 11 fitted in the coil; and a moving core 12 which is fitted slidably into the moving core 11. The yoke 14 is fitted in an inner circular ring 14b, having a prescribed diametric directional single side clearance H and an axial projecting interposing length L to an internal peripheral surface of the stater core. By setting a relationship of the clearance H and the interposing length L in a prescribed range, a magnetic flux flowing from the inner circular ring 14b to the stater core 11 is sufficiently maintained.
