Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a packaging box for buns of meat, etc., also as a heating container and enable the prevention of the large deformation of the packaging box consisting of a paper box due to the water dripped from a water-retaining paper.
SOLUTION: This heat cooking method for a food to be heated is carried out as follows: after a water-retaining paper packed in a bag made of thin paper boards is immersed into water followed by removing excess water therefrom, it is placed over a food to be heated in a box; and the box is placed in an electromagnetic cooking apparatus and heated in it. The bag to be used in the cooking method consists of a pair of obverse and reverse paper boards which are bonded together at their edges, and a specified sheets of water- retaining paper are placed inside both the sheets.
