Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the yield of a material and rduce the cost of the titled device by forming a ring by extending from the inner peripheral surface of the plate material and molding a pulley by slotting from the outer peripheral surface to form a pulley unit. CONSTITUTION:A pulley unit 21 is provided with a pulley ring 211 and a pulley 212, and fixed to a rotor by means of a welding part 213. The pulley unit 21 is formed into a blank 22 by first punching the inner and outer diameters. Thereafter, the ring 211 is embossed by ironing for forming a magnetic circuit, and further the pulley 212 is cut and divided, thereafter molding the same into a normal groove. Accordingly, the pulley groove is not necessary to be machined, and since the ring 211 utilizes a plate material, the yield of the material is improved and the reduction in the material cost is realized.
