To provide an electromagnetic drive valve capable of easily ensuring and maintaining seal performance and slide performance as a gas spring coupled to an armature shaft and to provide its manufacturing method.
The electromagnetic forces of an electromagnetic core 62 for valve opening and an electromagnetic core 63 for valve closing are exerted on an armature 61. A piston 42 is coupled on an armature shaft 60 being the shaft of the armature 61. The piston 42 is contained in a cylinder 41 and provided with the piston 42 and an air spring 40 for valve opening the air spring provided with the piston 42 and the cylinder 41 is formed. The armature shaft 60 is formed that when it is displaced in coordination of an electromagnetic force exerted on the armature 61 and the energizing force of the air spring 40 for valve opening, its displacement direction is regulated to an axial direction by an armature bearing part 65. The armature bearing part 65 and the cylinder 41 are integrally formed.
