Abstract:
To precisely detect a temperature of a cookpot by a temperature sensor even when heating the large cookpot by induction heating.
In this electromagnetic induction heating cooking appliance, heating coils 7, 8 and 9 for the induction heating are installed in an outside bottom part of the cookpot 1 for housing and heating preparations. The temperature sensor 21 is positioned between the outside bottom part of the cookpot and the heating coils, and is arranged so as to contact with an outside bottom surface of the cookpot.
