To provide an electromagnetic oscillation type diaphragm pump capable of stably maintaining pumping performance of each pump after pump manufacturing.
This electromagnetic diaphragm pump is composed of an electromagnet composed of a iron core and a winding coil part, a oscillation element provided with the electromagnet and a permanent magnet arranged with a predetermined interval, a diaphragm connected to both end sides of the oscillation element, a pump casing part fixed to both end side of the electromagnet , and a case storing the electromagnet, the oscillation element, the diaphragm, and the pump casing part therein, oscillates the diaphragm connected to the oscillation element by electromagnetic oscillation of the oscillation element provided with the permanent magnet based on magnetic interaction of the electromagnet and the permanent magnet. A guide piece is formed at an end edge part of an outer yoke part constructing the iron core for positioning the electromagnet at an electromagnet storage part of the case, and guide groove where the guide piece is fitted in is formed at a circumference part of a electromagnet storage part.
