Title:
ELECTROMAGNETIC POWER SUPPLY APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3139648
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an electromagnetic power supply apparatus, which can prevent the breakdown of ferrite at a butting edge and can realize the decrease in gap loss of laminated magnetic sheets.
CONSTITUTION: A primary core 1 and a secondary core 3 are butted, and a magnetic circuit having a gap (closed magnetic path having a gap) is formed. A high-permeability thin magnetic part 6 is deposited on at least one butting edge 15 or 35 of both cores 1 and 3. The butting edges 15 and 35 of both cores 1 and 3 hold the high-permeability thin magnetic part 6. When the raw material of the cores 1 and 3 is made to be ferrite, the shock at the time of the core butting is absorbed or dispersed in the magnetic part 6 because the magnetic part 6 protects the butting edges 15 and 35 of the cores 1 and 3. Thus, the cracking and the chipping of the butting edge of the ferrite core can be prevented.
