Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance yields by suppressing magnetic resistance between a U-shaped iron core and an armature, to enhance productivity by reducing unnecessary waiting time and simplifying processes and to increase positioning accuracy between fixed side terminals and the U-shaped iron core and a permanent magnet.
SOLUTION: Fixed side terminals 16, a U-shaped iron core 31 and a permanent magnet 18 are fixed to a fixed side insulator 15 in the integrally-formed state in an insulator base 12. On the fixed side insulator 15, a contact fixing part 42 is integrally formed, which holds and fixes both side piece parts 36 and 36 of the U-shaped iron core 31 and the permanent magnet 18 in a contacting state. Thereby, welding or attaching with an adhesive is unnecessary for fixing the permanent magnet 18 to the both side piece parts 36 and 36 of the U-shaped iron core 31 in a contacting state.
