Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the withstand voltage between an a coil, a fixed contact, and a moving contact, increase the surface area of a fixed terminal, improve the heat dissipation characteristic, and improve the opening/closing capacity of contacts.
CONSTITUTION: A coil 8 is wound on a coil spool 6 planted with a U-shaped iron core 7 and coil terminals 9, a coil block body 2 arranged with a permanent magnet in a hole section 10 formed in the center of the coil spool 6 is covered with an insulator base 1 and a base case 3, and the coil 8 is shielded from a terminal section. The moving contact of a moving contact spring block 4 is arranged to face a fixed contact 18 fitted on the upper face of the insulator base 1.
