Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a card powder from falling to a movable contact for preventing the reduction in contact pressure between fixed and movable contacts by providing a card having an engaging protruding part to be engaged with each of both engaging recessed parts, which is interposed between a movable contact member and an armature.
SOLUTION: When an upper part 131a of an armature 131 on the upper part of an iron core 133 is moved downwards by a magnetic force, a lower part 131b is moved toward the left, and a card 14 having a projection part 147 to be engaged with the slit 131c of the lower part 131b is also moved, while pressing the upper side of a movable spring block 12 toward the left. A movable contact 121 is thus connected electrically to a fixed contact 111. The lower part 131b of the armature 131 is moved clockwise, while the upper side of the movable spring block 12 moves counterclockwise. Since both side edge parts of an engaging recessed part 123 are formed into round surfaces by folded pieces 124, neither a force which folds an engaging protruding part 144 not wear is generated between the engaging recessed part 124 and the engaging protruding part 144 to be engaged therewith.
