Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To handle a magnetic shield material as one panel over a wide range of the outer wall of a building, by joining each edge part so that the edge parts of the adjacent but parts partially overlap one another for a plurality of covering amorphous alloy foils.
SOLUTION: A plurality of covering amorphous alloy foils 31-34 where a thermoplastic resin such as polypropylene resin is covered on the surface of Fe/B/Si amorphous alloy foil are used, the covering amorphous alloy foils 31-34 are cut to a specific length for alignment, the edge parts 41a/42b, 42a/43b, and 43a/44b are formed while they overlap one another, a required number of them are aligned to a specific width, the overlapped part is heated, the thermoplastic resin is melted and each covering amorphous alloy foil is connected, and a wide magnetic shield material 6 is created, thus handling the magnetic shield material 6 as one panel when required.
