CONSTITUTION: A heating part mechanism is formed of an electromagnetic heating coil 1 and a high frequency current generating device 2, and a flat plate 3 formed of a heat resisting synthetic resin is arranged with a proper space on the upper part of the coil 1. Further, to integrally form supporting protruding parts 4 having a proper height on the surface part of the plate 3, several strip protruding parts are formed at proper intervals on the surface of the plate 3. Each protruding part 4 is arranged in such a manner that the upper part and upper end surface Aa of each protruding part 4 makes face contact with the bottom surface (b) of a pan A, and the pan A is put on the upper end surface Aa.
