Abstract:
To provide an electromagnetic wave absorber which can fill soft magnetic particle powder more compactly than in a prior art while maintaining the electric resistive property of the absorber, and is high in noise minimizing effect.
In the electromagnetic wave absorber, the surface of soft magnetic particle powder is irradiated with an energy beam to form a reactive adsorption film, and the irradiation of the energy beam causes at least part of the adsorption film to be chemically bonded to an adsorption film formed on the adjacent soft magnetic particle powder.
