Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a thin wave absorber which does not have polarization dependency, is easy to design and manufacture and enables effective reflection restraint to oblique incident wave.
CONSTITUTION: A wave absorber is provided with a first dielectric layer 10, a wave reflector layer 11 laminated on one surface of the first dielectric layer 10, a first resistance film layer 12 laminated on the other surface of the first dielectric layer 10 and a second dielectric layer 15 for polarization characteristic adjustment provided on the first resistance film layer 12 with an air layer 14 of a specified thickness interposed between.
