The electromagnetic wave absorption sheet comprises: a stereoscopic structure knitting fabric sheet member 2, made of a double raschel knitting fabric having many recesses over the entire upper surface; an electromagnetic wave absorption material 3 such as a ferrite, a carbon or the like filled and held in the recesses; a protective sheet member 1 adhered to the upper surface side of the member 2 so as to close the material 3 in the recess part; and a conductive sheet member 4 adhered to the lower surface side of the member 2.
