To provide the subject piece of clothing aiming at preventing electromagnetic wave effect on the human body due to a high-frequency electromagnetic field radiated from antennas of e.g. portable telephones, radio equipment placed near the human body, and capable of not only preventing electromagnetic wave effect on the human body but also effectively preventing the malfunction of a medical equipment implanted in the human body such as a pacemaker.
This piece of clothing is characterized by that the clothing form is designed and made so as to gain desirable electromagnetic wave- shielding characteristics through measurement with an evaluation equipment for measuring electromagnetic wave-shielding characteristics in a clothing form which can measure electromagnetic wave-shielding characteristics in a clothing- worn condition.
