Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase deformation efficiency of an electromechanical transducer in itself.SOLUTION: An actuator element 201 comprises a lower electrode 211, a PZT film 213 that is formed on the lower electrode 211, and an upper electrode 212 that is formed on the PZT film 213. The upper electrode 212 is formed on a part of a surface, on the other side of the lower electrode 211, of the PZT film 213. A part, which is not provided with the upper electrode 212, of the PZT film 213 is more thinly formed than a part, which is provided with the upper electrode 212, of the PZT film 213.
