PURPOSE: To obtain a good curved shape with no swell by forming signal electrodes on a curved board, and integrating a linear cathode support means by adhesion.
CONSTITUTION: Signal electrodes 2a and an insulating spacer 2b are formed on a curved board 1a, the insulating spacer 2b also has an adhesive action, and a linear cathode support member 3 is adhesively integrated by the insulating spacer 2b. A linear cathode 4 is stretched to be pressed to the curved linear cathode support member 3 to prevent the vibration of itself causing the intensity fluctuation of the displayed image. No irregularity is generated on the linear cathode support member 3. The linear cathode support member 3 can be curved into a good curved protruded shape with no swell.
