To provide an electron-beam tube with no reduction of the amount of electron beam radiated from an electron-beam exit window of a vacuum container due to tilt of an electron-beam generating means disposed in the vacuum container caused by a vibration or an impact.

In an electron-beam tube provided with an electron-beam generating means 2 in a vacuum container 1, the electron-beam generating means 2 is constituted of a thermoelectron generating part 30 consisted of a filament 31 whose both ends are connected with a pair of lead wires 32; a pair of a thermoelectron accelerating electrode plates 40; and a pair of conductive plates 50 having an electric field impressive electrode 51 and held by an internal lead bar 60 through a holding plate 80. The end part of the conductive plate 50 is bent in an L-shape to form a fixed plate part 52. A horizontal plate part 81 and a vertical plate part 82 are continuously provided on the L-shaped holding plate 80. A wound part 83 formed on both end parts of the vertical plate part 82 of the holding plate 80 is joined to the internal lead bar 60. The horizontal plate part 81 of the holding plate 80 is joined to the fixed plate part 52 of the conductive plate 50.
