Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an air nozzle for an air micrometer used to mount a cathode on a bead mount with precise space between the cathode and the first grid and to hardly cause bending and damage.
SOLUTION: In an electron gun assembling device for a cathode ray tube, an air nozzle inserted into an electron beam through-hole in each electrode for a bead mount is used to mount a cathode on the bead mount at a preset space to the first grid G1. The air nozzle divided into the end 21, where compressed air is released, and a base 22, where the compressed air is guided into the end, is formed in an end-and-base integrated structure.
