Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an electron gun for a cathode-ray tube having good withstand voltage characteristic and causing no discharge and leak current due to the scraping of neck graphite generated by the contact between an interval terminal and the neck graphite.
CONSTITUTION: At least one interval terminal 2 among several interval terminals 2 is arranged at the position in contact with neck graphite 1, and the remaining interval terminals 2 are arranged at positions in no contact with the neck graphite 1.
