Abstract:
To provide an electron gun, and an electronic tube capable of improving concentricity between components, by a simple configuration of low cost, and to provide a manufacturing method of the electron gun.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an electron gun includes a cathode 110 for emitting electrons, a focus electrode 120 for focusing the electrons emitted by the cathode 110, a vacuum envelope 130 for including the cathode 110 and the focus electrode 120, a coupling component 140 for coupling the cathode 110 and the vacuum envelope 130, and a coupling component 150 for coupling the focus electrode 120 and the vacuum envelope 130. Each of cathode 110, the focus electrode 120, the vacuum envelope 130 and the coupling components 140, 150 has a shape of axial symmetry. Each of the coupling components 140, 150 has two composition surfaces extending in a direction perpendicular to each other, and a junction position in a composition surface extending in a direction perpendicular to a medial axis C, out of the two composition surfaces, is variable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
