Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron transport material having excellent solubility in an organic solvent and an electron transporting ability with good sensitivity and containing a pyrazole derivative that can be industrially easily and safely produced with high purity in a high yield, and an electronic material using the electron transport material.SOLUTION: The electron transport material comprises a pyrazole derivative represented by formula (I). The present invention also provides an electronic material such as an organic semiconductor and an organic EL using the electron transport material. In the formula, A, B each independently represent an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an aryl group or an aralkyl group; and Z represents a connecting group comprising a naphthalene tetracarboxylic acid diimide residue, a pyromellitic acid diimide residue, a 4,4'-bisphthalimide residue, or a residue of two phthalimide compounds bonded at 4-positions via a connecting group, which connects two pyrazole derivatives.SELECTED DRAWING: None
