To obtain a cooler/vibrator for electronic apparatus which can cool the inside of a portable telephone terminal, and the like, while reducing the size and weight.
The cooler/vibrator for electronic apparatus comprises a motor 1, an eccentric weight 5 being turned through rotation of a motor (14) to actuate vibrator function, and a fan 3 being turned through rotation of the motor 1 to cool the heating part of an electronic apparatus. A clutch mechanism 4 transmits rotation of the motor 1 to the eccentric weight 5 when the vibrator function is actuated otherwise interrupts transmission of rotation. Since the eccentric weight 5 for actuating vibrator function and the fan 3 for cooling the heating part in the electronic apparatus are turned through a single motor 1, the fan can be built in a portable telephone terminal without increasing the size.
