Regarding power supplied from an in-vehicle electronic apparatus (first electronic apparatus) 4, the excess/deficiency state thereof is digitally converted by an A/D conversion section 17 and transferred to a second control section 18. The excess/deficiency state is then transferred from the second control section 18 through a transmission line 5 to a first control section 13 of the in-vehicle electronic apparatus (first electronic apparatus) 4. Therefore, the first control section 13 is capable of varying a supply voltage of a first power supply section 15 via a D/A conversion section 14. Specifically, when power supply to a portable apparatus (second electronic apparatus) 6 is brought into the excess/deficient state in accordance with a length of the transmission line 5 or the like, the voltage to be supplied from the first power supply section 15 to the portable apparatus (second electronic apparatus) 6 can be varied.
