When a first casing 20 is turned to open a cellular phone 100, a compressor section 50 is pressed interlocked with the turning of the first casing 20. Since a liquid LQ of a flow passage 80 flows from the compressor section 50 to the operation section 40, a key section 41 of the operation section 40 extends by the liquid LQ supplied from the compressor section 50. In this way, the key section 41 is elastically supported by the liquid LQ and is protruded from the surface of the second casing 30, and thus pressing the key section 41 by a user causes operation to move back to an original position by a repulsive force of the liquid LQ. Therefore, the user can obtain feeling such as a sense of click when pressing the key section 41 and the operability of the cellular phone 100 can be improved.
