To provide an electronic apparatus which can inexpensively be manufactured with a simple structure while it has a waterproof function.

The electronic apparatus includes: a housing where a through hole is formed; a flexible printed circuit to an external portion of the housing via the through hole from an internal portion of the housing; and a waterproof mechanism which is constituted of adhesive with which a holder member that supports the flexible printed circuit by sandwiching the flexible printed circuit and is engaged with the through hole, and the through hole is filled, and which water-tightly seals the through hole. The holder member is constituted of two extending portions whose shapes of cross sections orthogonal to an insertion direction where the flexible printed circuit is inserted into the through hole are almost parallel and a folding portion coupled to an end portion of one of the two extending portions. The end portion of the other extending portion in the two extending portions has an opened U shape, and confronted faces of the two extending portions are confronted with a face having a larger area in the flexible printed circuit to solve the problem.
