Abstract:
To correct a variation in threshold of a TFT with a pixel configuration that is not easily affected by a variation in capacitance value.SOLUTION: A voltage equal to a threshold of a TFT 106 is held in capacitance means 109, and a video signal is input from a source signal line to a gate electrode of the TFT 106 with an addition of the voltage held in the capacitance means 109. Even when the threshold varies for every pixel, since the capacitance means 109 for every pixel holds the respective thresholds, the influence of a variation in threshold can be eliminated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
