Abstract:
To provide an electronic balance with which it is possible to improve the accuracy of weighing.SOLUTION: An electronic balance 1 comprises a body 2 and a cover member 3. A weighing chamber 10 is formed inside the cover member 3. At least a portion of wall surface of the cover member 3 is formed by two-layers of glass provided by being spaced apart from each other. Therefore, a space can be provided between an outside wall surface and an inside wall surface in at least a portion of wall surface of the cover member 3. As a result, even when the temperature of the outside wall surface of the cover member 3 changes due to an external environment of the electronic balance 1, it is possible to suppress the temperature from propagating to the inside wall surface of the cover member 3. Thus, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of a temperature change in the weighing chamber 10, and to suppress the occurrence of an air flow in the weighing chamber 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
