To provide a system with high operation effect which can send transfer destination data directly from a computer terminal to a bank and receive money reception data, etc., of company deposits directly by the computer terminal from the bank when an operation system for the sales of the company is processed by the computer terminal.
The system which processes a purchasing management system as software for a sale managing procedure implementing the operation of the company by using the computer terminal 1 is equipped with a communication setting means 1B which makes connectable the communication line between the computer terminal 1 and bank and a receive command means 14 which connects the communication line 8 and also commands data reception from the bank computer terminal 1. The operation process is performed linkingly with a purchasing management system and the communication setting means 13 makes the communication line between the computer 1 and bank normally connectable as a background process; and the purchasing management system generates transfer destination data and the receive command means 14 receives the latest deposit detailed statement or deposit money reception data of the company needed for the operation process directly from the bank.
