To provide an electronic board system provided with a projected-image display means for enabling a person browsing an electronic board to always browse an image which an operator is inputting, in a back projection type electronic board.

A controlling computer 2 executes processing for displaying, in a subwindow, a copied image of a partial area of a projected image. As shown in Fig. 2(a), the subwindow is not displayed for projected-image data 200 before pen inputting is made. As shown in Fig. 2(b), a copied image 213 of a copying range 212, which includes the positional coordinates 211 of the nib of an input pen 5, is displayed in the subwindow 214 for display data 210 after pen inputting is made. In this case, an icon 215, which indicates the position of the nib of the pen, is displayed together with the copied image 213 in the subwindow 214.
