To provide an electronic breaker having a leakage cut-off function which can detect and inform when a leakage current is flowing in an electric path.

The electronic breaker is provided with: a current transformer to detect the size of current flowing in an electric path for cutting off the current flowing in the electric path when an excess current or a leakage current flows in the electric path; an excess current determination means which receives an output current of the current transformer and determines existence of the excess current; and a tripping circuit which receives the output signal of the excess current determination means and drives a contact to open and close the electric path. Further, a leakage current detection means to detect the leakage current flowing in the electric path, and an output device to make notification to the outside, based on the output signal of the leakage current detection means are added.
