Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten the exclusive control time for the data base control and the file control of the bulletin board control in regard of an electronic bulletin board device using a data base.
CONSTITUTION: The exclusive control time covers the exclusive control start 11 through the exclusive control end 14 or the return 17 of a data base to the unprocessed state. The message to be deleted is renamed 13 in a temporary file so that the temperary file deletion 15 is excluded out of the exclusive control. In such a way, a part of all of the file control is excluded out of the exclusive control and therefore the exclusive control time is shortened.
