Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue a receipt forming a recipient column orthogonally to the breadth direction of paper sheet while using the paper sheet of receipt.
SOLUTION: The format data of a receipt forming a money amount column, issue person column and recipient column or the like orthogonally to the breadth direction of paper sheet for the receipt are stored. When the issue of the receipt is instructed by a receipt key, receipt print data are prepared by setting total amount information in a total amount memory to the amount column of receipt format data. Then, these receipt format data are supplied to a printer while adding a command instructing printing rotated at 90°, and the receipt rotating printed characters at 90° is issued by the paper sheet for receipt.
