Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method for manufacturing a filler for an electronic tobacco cartridge in which a non-tobacco plant is used, with which it is possible to enjoy the aroma and flavor of a plant that does not contain tobacco components. [Solution] A method for manufacturing for a filler for an electronic tobacco cartridge in which a non-tobacco plant is used, having: a step (S1) for preparing an aqueous slurry containing a non-tobacco plant; a step (S2) for forming a sheet from the aqueous slurry; a step (S3) for reducing the water content of the sheet to less than 50 mass%; a step (S4) for adding an aerosol former to the sheet at a temperature of below 50°C; and a step (S5) for drying the sheet.
