Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the influence of inductance operating on the temperature dependency of a frequency by constituting crystal body so that the temperature coefficient of the crystal body and the temperature coefficient of inductance satisfy a specified condition against the crystal axis. CONSTITUTION: A circuit part 100 has the piezoelectric crystal body 102 such as the natural or artificial quartz crystal body as a frequency selective element, for example, and it has two capacitors 104 and 106 and an inductance element 102. In the electronic circuit 100 having the piezoelectric crystal body 102 and the inductance element 108, the crystal body 102 is formed for the crystal axis so that the temperature coefficient and the temperature coefficient of inductance 108 become opposite codes. In the electronic circuit 100, the influence of inductance operating on the temperature dependency of the frequency can be reduced without using a temperature sensor and/or a circuit generating electric parameter for compensating the temperature dependency of the crystal body.
