Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the power source voltage variation resistance of an electronic circuit consisting of constituent circuits each having a DC constant current source circuit.
SOLUTION: The electronic circuit consists of constituent circuits such as a Gilbert multiplier circuit 27, a collector grounding amplifier circuit 28 and a differential amplifier circuit 29 which use power source terminals commonly and are connected in cascade. All of the constituent circuits respectively have DC constant current sources 24, 25 or 26 which is connected to a current control terminal 3. A DC potential of respective signal input terminals of the constituent circuits is supplied by constant voltage difference from a power source or a ground of a high potential side, and a DC potential of the terminal 3 is supplied by constant voltage difference from a power source or a ground of a low potential side. A voltage drop circuit 30 or 31 is connected in series to at least one of the circuits 24, 25 or 26.
