PURPOSE: To surely check the completion of circulation by displaying a character string and a graphic out of stored document data, displaying checking items for circulation confirmation, and displaying a prescribed marker on the corresponding item in the checking items.
CONSTITUTION: Since the document data are stored, and the character string and graphic in the document data are displayed with the use of a display device 1, circular document information can be read in the same image sense as that of the circular document using paper. Further the information of the checking items for a circulation objective person is displayed for the circular document information, and the confirming information of the circulation completion is inputted by the direct instruction of the checking items on the display screen, and the prescribed markers are applied to the pertinent checking items. Consequently the confirming processing of the circulation completion can be made to proceed in the same sense as that of a case using the check sheet. Thus the circular information can be electrically stored into a data storage device 4, and since the information is suitably displayed and outputted, and offered for the circulation, the secrecy maintenance can be sufficiently secured.
