Title:
ELECTRONIC CLINICAL THERMOMETER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS60220832
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a clear rise in detected temperature from the start to the end of measurement of bodily temperature by setting specific temperature width and sending an output command to an output part every time the temperature of a temperature detection part rises to said temperature width.

CONSTITUTION: The specific temperature width X is stored in a memory 6 and a microcomputer 3 sends a command to a buzzer 5 every time the bodily temperature detected by a temperature sensor 1 rises to the specific temperature width X. Namely, once the measurement of the bodily temperature is started, the temperature T1 of the temperature sensor 1 at this time is stored and then the detected temperature of the temperature sensor 1 rises with the bodily temperature of an examinee, thereby measuring the bodily temperature T. When T= T1+X, the microcomputer 3 puts the buzzer 5 in operation. Thus, the rise in detected temperature from the start to the end of the measurement of the bodily temperature becomes clear, so the user takes a measurement of the bodily temperature with a sense of security.
