Abstract:
To provide an electronic component handling device with which it is possible to carry out the OTA test of a DUT having an antenna with good accuracy.SOLUTION: An electronic component handling device 1 comprises a thermostat bath 20, a handler 2 for moving a DUT 10 and pressing it against a socket 90, an anechoic chamber 50 arranged adjacent to the thermostat bath 20, a test antenna 60 arranged inside of the anechoic chamber 50, and a window member 40 which a radio wave radiated from a device antenna 12 of the DUT 10 or the test antenna 60 can pass through. The thermostat bath 20 includes an opening 21 formed in a wall of the thermostat bath 20, and the anechoic chamber 50 includes a radio wave absorption material 52 arranged on an inner wall of the anechoic chamber 50 and an opening 53 that is opened toward the radio wave transmitting/receiving direction of the test antenna 60. The thermostat bath 20 and the anechoic chamber 50 are connected so that the opening 21 and the opening 53 face each other, and the window member 40 closes up the opening 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
