Abstract:
A feeder receptacle is configured with a tray support frame, detecting poor installation of a retainer belt feeder. The device comprises a feeder receptacle on which retainer belt feeders are arranged and loaded, a first light-emitting element which is arranged on the feeder receptacle and emits light passing through the retainer belt feeder, a first light interception element which receives light from the first light-emitting element, and a tray support frame which pulls out a tray from a tray pulling-out portion, the tray being arranged with electronic components. The first light-emitting element and the first light interception element are arranged oppositely, and are separated from the loading region of the retainer belt feeder. The tray pulling-out portion of the tray support frame can replace the retainer belt feeder and be configured on a part of the loading region of the retainer belt feeder in the feeder receptacle. A light interception position of the light from the first light-emitting element in the tray pulling-out portion is provided with a second light interception element, and the second light interception element replaces the first light interception element to receive light.
