Abstract:
PURPOSE: To select a type while a character image after composing is being confirmed.
CONSTITUTION: A casting region CR is indicated on an image display part 42 and composing data is indicated on a composing data display part 44. When types are selected on a type selection display part 46 and the start of the arrangement of the selected types is indicated, the selected type row is processed according to the composing data to form type images which-are, in turn, arranged within the casting region CR. That is, since the images of a composed result are displayed immediately after the selection of types, an operator can select types wile the composed result is being observed.
